European Railway Challenge in Bad Schussenried (June 2-4, 2023)

Connecting people safely, protecting the climate, strengthening the economy sustainably, rethinking mobility - the next generation in the rail industry is shaping the clean mobility of the future. Despite the diversity of career opportunities, the rail industry is united by one and the same mission - profession: climate protector (m/f/d).

This railway competition is very important for the railway sector in Europe - young people can show their passion for railways in a peaceful competition, with challenging designs that put environmentally friendly technologies in the foreground. In the European Year of Jobs we need this more than ever! The competition is supported by the Deutsche Maschinentechnische Gesellschaft (DMG), Knorr-Bremse SfS GmbH as well as the German Railway Industry Association (VDB) and by Dr Josef Doppelbauer, Executive Director of the European Railway Agency, as sponsors.

Three European teams have registered for the 2023 competition.
