The business initiation trip to South Africa supports German entrepreneurs and suppliers from the fields of railway technology and logistics centres, infrastructure maintenance, vehicle procurement in entering the market and offers the opportunity to present their own products or services, to build up a network of contacts in the target country through individually arranged B2B talks with potential business partners and to explore business opportunities.

The project is carried out and organised by AHP International as part of the market development programme for SMEs on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK). The project is supported and accompanied by the German Railway Industry Association (VDB) as well as the Southern African Railways Association (SARA) and The African Rail Industry Association (ARIA).
